Murray Rojas had his conviction thrown out by the US Supreme Court for horse doping. Talk about a 3000-1 shot coming through. Quietly moved through the news but worth checking out if curious about HISA and its potential problems legally.
CHRB didn\'t even mention the vet who scratched Modern Games. Actually nothing about it. But they did fine a few trainers and/or their sons for their tempers I understand.
CDI argued how much they have done for racing in Illinois as justification for being awarded the OTB rights in 2022.
And NY has a bill that could knock out slot machine money being awarded to horse racing. NYRA\'s star of the show noted that Saratoga brings 240 million to the region not understanding that such an argument puts it squarely on NYRA to explain why they can\'t make it on their own.

As I\'ve mentioned before, about 5 years ago the backyard folks told me that racing could be dead in 20 years. I didn\'t believe them and still don\'t in Kentucky. But beyond that, I\'m beginning to wonder more and more.
Spoke to Uncle Bill earlier this week, and he says he will have a spot saved for me in the backyard in 2022. I\'ll bring the Bud Light for everyone. That assumes NYRA will have picnic tables available that don\'t cost $200 per person per race if their purse subsidies get knocked out.

Wouldn\'t have minded your nitpick except for the extra jab \"uses pronouns she/her.\" I realized the unintentional mistake after I posted it but prior to your correction that included some extra salt in the wound. I can appreciate that.
**SHE** has not served a single day in jail as she received a Stay on her sentence while the appeal occurred. Wonder why that happened? Maybe b/c she \"is a woman and uses pronouns she/her.\"
You didn\'t nitpick that I spelled Mr. Whittingham\'s name in a butchered up fashion. Guess you recognized that one was intentional given Pete\'s original press release spelled it wrong where he relied on CW to enhance his credibility.

I miss those days. I have all the Dean Martin Roasts on tape. I\'m sure he\'d be sued, in jail, and wild protests all over if htey aired. They should. People had a sense of humor - my only rule in life is that if you can\'t laugh at yourself, you have no business laughing at anyone else.
I provide myself with plenty of laughs...
They were the best along with the Carol Burnett show.
We use to laugh at our differences and new there was no malice behind it.
