Ray Paulick concludes that there’s no cheating going on in New York! [Because, hey… THEY COULDN’T CATCH ANYBODY! Hahahaha! Of course, they couldn’t catch Oscar Barrera back when, therefore he must’ve been clean. Right Ray?]

My conclusion: He’s a moron. Lazy. Clueless. A fool. His view isn’t from the eighth pole. It’s from a distant planet.

While it may be true that I’m a moron, the piece was written with tongue firmly planted in cheek.

Perfect response Ray.  Well done!
And keep up the great work.

Ray, I definitely don’t think you’re a moron, but I also thought you were serious. I was scratching my head.

Hope you keep posting here.

I figured it HAD to be satire, but had Ray written \"A Modest Proposal\" (back in the day) I do wonder what that might have meant for the babies of Ireland.

My post here was also with tongue in cheek .

Not sure I outdid you though,  your piece was too subtle. The sarcasm was hard to detect. ;-)

You even fooled Jerry !

The sarcasm was filthy towards one particular guy dating back to the turn of the century and I liked it.  LOL.  \"but horsemen there don\'t make the kinds of mistakes they occasionally do in other jurisdictions or have contamination issues from poppy seed bagels and grooms urinating in stalls.\"

The article that made me a believer of everything wrongly has ever said I\'ve posted below. Thanks to Natalie Voss for all the hard work as I go back to this article often.

If you read the article closely, all the suspicious results seen in the lab sure makes you wish you knew who those trainers were.

Never saw that before, great story. And once again it drives home the need for freezing and retesting samples. There’s no test now, but there will be one.

Paulick should know by now that this sport is beyond satire.

About 15 years ago, Steve Crist began a piece by telegraphing his irony with a Claude Rains \"shocked.\" Then he seasoned the baby with salt and pepper by saying that since the US Congress was now on the case, there was no cause for worry. Then he was called naive for trusting Congress.

My post here was ALSO tongue in cheek!

\"You even fooled Jerry!\" and others (like... most who read it?) with \"sarcasm hard to detect.\" Uh-huh.
