Title: Problems with Format downloading via Excel

Hi Im Steve a newby here. When purchasing products theres an option to download using excel. When Ive tried touse this  theres a problem with formatting. When i open its just  code. Any suggestions to help fix this?

We don\'t offer our products in that format; only pdf. That Excel option is to download your purchase history for your financial records.
