That does beg the question who adulterated and misbranded?
Who bought and used the drugs. Certainly the distributor would know suppliers and customers.
The customer might argue I thought I bought what was labeled? Do the vets just prescribe? Who typically places the order? Big trainers might be insulated by employees and reps. No wonder its taking so long to unravel.
The initial folks who received these gift packages have already been charged as well as the chemistry majors and manufacturing experts.
The \'distributors\' are key, in my mind because:
1) they are pleading GUILTY
2) the GUILTY plea bargain indicates that there is probably cooperation
The real questions are;
1) Who \'orchestrated\' and \'operated\' the distribution channel?
2) How far reaching was this distribution channel?
3) Were others involved in the distribution channel more\'protective\'and better \'insulated\' than Servis, Navarro etc?
4) Now that the first \"GUILTY pleas have been pocketed and docketed, will other participants read the tea leaves, bleed and plead....?
5) Will more and more loose lips sink some more ships?
