Title: Sir Anthony

Here\'s hoping I can get anything close to the morning of 15/1 on Sir Anthony in the 6th!

I need to see the replay. That was #7 that missed the start and spotted the field 10 lengths, wasn\'t it? I never saw the #8 Sir Anthony. Somebody should have told jockey Luis Saez that the distance was 1+1/16, not a 5F sprint. OK, sometimes the horse has a mind of its own.

Meanwhile, The winner was so far under the radar Lidar (ground penetrating technology) was needed to find that one.

These are strange days and that seemed a strange race imo.

Wrongly1, Hoping the 5/1 price spoiled your interest in that heat.

EDIT - After watching the replay it looked to me that Sir Anthony got stopped pretty good by the trio of #11, #4 and #1 while trying to save ground on the turn. Still had some late kick and interest obscured by #7 finish to cap off super.

If I was just betting to place I would be killing it today.

5/1 did cut back the bet but I still have no idea what went on in that race.  * was last off the first turn so I knew I was done.  Handicapping is only half the battle, betting is the other half!

Ed,

I was going thru some stuff on my computer just last week and found an email exchange that we had. It reminded me of the day we went golfing in Kona, followed by lunch with one of the kindest and most interesting gentleman I\'ve ever met. I think that golf outing was maybe 9-10 years ago. Wow time flies.

I hope all is well on the islands. If your number hasn\'t changed, would love to give you a call and catch up.  Awesome to hear from you sir.
