Yeah... agreed...but I am curious... given the evidence of Servis use of cellphones literally bragging about using \'all this stuff that the U.S. can\'t test for\"(IDIOT), How much info did he share with his owners on wiretapped conversations? Looks like the guy couldn\'t keep his mouth shut!
After everyone lawyers-up and after the \'equine pharmaceutical manufacturer\'s flip THAT\'S when the proverbial \'rubber meets the road\'
Frank
It didn\'t take the West\'s very long to talk to Jason, they already announced Max will be moving to Baffy\'s barn. Surprise, surprise!
I misread the news. At first glance, I thought it said Baffert was going to \"Maximum Security\". But then I realized that Bob is completely innocent. Besides, this is all white collar crime that can be adjudicated with fines and country clubs.

Can we now take the asterisk off of Country House? And take the moron label off the stewies that made the Derby DQ? As always, the real morons and losers are the bettors...
One more who was clueless......

it would be nice if they can tie some of these \"shocked\" owners to major wagers
Hey Frank, there\'s a reason the form lists the owners names on every horse
They can\'t list the veterinarian\'s !
rimshot.
I have to say, a whole bunch of things have been brought up here in the last couple of days, and virtually every one I have brought up with people closely involved in policing this game. Listing a vet of record, using our figures to flag suspects are two. There is some movement on the latter, we will see...
The best tool to police these corrupt syndicates are the speed figs and the bettors. Always has been and always will be. Like rezleagal’s letter nailed that to a T, about Servis’s horse receiving all the late action. Who catches all the betting coups in other sports, it’s the bettors and sports books that sniff that out. Same in racing, just haven’t had the incriminating evidence that is iron clad. The speed figs, patterns & percentages all strongly suggest it , but I guess you need the smoking gun to convict.
Figures don’t lie, but liars can figure
Not quite as simple as that
There are professional bettors that can also get down with size late in the betting or any other time.
You cant investigate the barn , on every big bet that shows up .
Good read

I recall you saying this many years ago to list the vets. Maybe now it will happen
Statistics don\'t lie.

Comments from Monmouth Park (Darby Development) CEO on 2019 Haskell day:
Drazin warned there could also be legal issues if racetracks do not adopt consistent standards for racing on humid days.
\"My living is litigation, and if I was going after a racetrack for not canceling when it\'s hot, and they had canceled and set a precedent Saturday when the temperatures and indexes were lower, they are dead.
Paulick report comments on Drazin\'s horse trained by Jason Servis:
Sent to post as the 8-5 favorite, Dennis Drazin\'s homebred Sunny Ridge got the job done in Saturday\'s Grade 3 Salvator Mile. The 6-year-old son of Holy Bull defeated second choice Diamond King by about three-quarters of a length at the wire, earning his first graded win since 2016. Jose Lezcano piloted the Jason Servis trainee through the mile over Monmouth\'s fast main track in 1:37.17.
“Once he made his move he really took off,†said Servis. “I told (owner) Dennis Drazin one of these days they\'re going to come back to him and he\'s going to win a really big race. He has been so close so many times. He\'s a poor man\'s horse. He bangs away every race and makes money. I never even thought about him as Jersey-bred. When I got him as a 2-year-old I told Dennis I am going to make $1 million with this horse. Look at him. He\'s a big, beautiful horse. And he\'s a gelding so he could have another good three years in him. He might hit $2.5 million. I\'m thrilled to death with his performance.â€
