Misleading publicity on this bet.

In the DRF, the reporter said that the origin of the horse was determined where the horse\'s last start was. Here is link to article that states so --

https://www.drf.com/news/breeders-cup-offering-head-head-bets

The juvenile filly turf puts the lie to that as three fillies are coming out of a Woodbine race and two end up in \"Europe\" and one in \"USA.\"  The only thing for sure is that the last race was NOT the metric used.

Why label the bet USA v Europe? How about USA v Rest of the World? Or, the Americas versus The rest of the World (the South American mare in the distaff turf ends up being listed as a USA horse).  Where do Woodbine horses fit in to USA v Europe?  Given the latin american mare in the Distaff Turf USA group, it would seem that Canada should get the same grouping.

It appears the determination is going to the last race prior that was in the USA or Europe. If last race was in neither, then they go back another race.  If that was neither, they keep going back.  If no race in either, then it appears the bet is really The Americas versus The Rest of the World.
