This one runs in The Secretariat today and looks like the logical one to me as I see Analyze It and Hunting Horn to bounce based on their patterns. Sniper Kitten has had only 4 races with a 9 1/2 point improvement from first race to last race, but it\'s been steady incremental improvement and no setbacks so far. For those of you that know TG patterns better than I do, am I on to something or way off?
I haven’t looked at this race yet. But one thing to keep I mind is that grass horses bounce much less than dirt horses, and run figures in a tighter range. Especially true of turf stake horses.
At the price, he is a must use for me.
Re-thinking his a little bit, the consecutive good performances with good spacing by 3yo turf horses like Analyze It and Hunting Horn are actually positive signs. But Analyze zit has exerted himself all out in the last two and I have to think those two big efforts take their toll today.
