Tropical storm bringing over 3†of rain tonight through Sunday. Seems little doubt it’ll be wet. Come one, come all ye mudders. Another wash out for the turf. Blah.

Friday looms a complete washout, with one inch plus expected, that day alone.
On the plus side, I think the meet ends Preakness day so they shouldn’t worry too much about tearing up the turf course. Unfortunately, it might be just too wet to run safely over. Wish they would. Makes it a whole different race.

The entire week\'s a disaster . . . only major Eastern (relatively)
circuit which may duck the worst of this week\'s situations
is Churchill.
It’s here. 4†thru Friday with another 1/2†on Saturday. I might just skip the races and sell ponchos instead.
Very unfortunate... given the \'slopfest\' will be difficult to wager any serious $$$ on Friday/Saturday...
Rain ends early Saturday morning then sun in the afternoon. Not familiar with Pimlico so race time track condition anyone\'s guess.
Good Luck,
Joe B.
I hope it\'s heavy. If it is, I think Justify will go down. Weather aside, he could pull a Big Brown and just not have it, too: \"The candle that burns twice as brightly burns half as long.\" --Eldon Tyrell
If somebody wants facts, statistics or patterns, the fact is that it\'s a hunch that would payoff very well, and the pattern is that he is getting the kind euphoric coverage that you get at a top.
I think Wayne Lucas will figure prominently on Saturday as long as the track is not fast. Maybe Asmussen as well.
