This is being done to make my mind up as much as anything, so forgive me.
1- Fierzen Fire - Respect the Smarty Jones trainer to death, but don\'t give his horse a chance for money. He\'s just too slow
2- Free Drop Billy - This horse enjoys CD and I believe its home for him. Theres a work in there that gives me goosebumps. In his last he had to alter. He wasn\'t going to win but I think he\'s going to run his Top Today and that\'s why he will be on my tickets.
3- Promises Fulfilled - He has to go and I have a soft spot for him cashing on his sire in the Preakness. Initially I felt he would get burned up. Depending upon the track I am not so sure now. He\'s got stamina on his back side. I have decided to use this horse and believe it or not maybe as a win outlier. Depending on how I see the horses pulling their hooves in the post parade.
4 - Flamaway - This guy likes off and he scares me, but you can\'t bet them all, he is a Scat Daddy and hes gonna see some heat up front. The more time that goes by however, the more I am beginning to sense Promises may inherit the lead.
5- Audible - Well he beat Free drop Billy by 5, but this is a different venue and Audible may have fired his best shot last. I\'m gonna try to beat him
6. - Good Magic - This is the BC Juvy winner. He\'s a good horse and with being educated by Chad Brown last year I believe he\'s pointing to this and will equal or exceed top. He will be on my tickets. Not sure about win yet.
7. - Justify - I don\'t expect him to go this race. He caught a week field in the SA Derby but for Bolt d Oro. (Bolt of Gold). and I believe he\'ll take back a couple lengths. I\'m going to beat him today or bust trying.
8,- Lost Soldier - He\'s turned it on. Look at those works. He came out of nowhere, but he could win.
9 - Hofburg - Another trainer I respect to no end. Bred to be the horse. Though I am going to bet Pletchers Florida Derby horse will regress, I will not take that position with Mott.
10- My Boy Jack - Still can\'t figure out why he\'s not 18-1. I do believe he\'ll run well, but Wide at 5-1 doesn\'t thrill me.
11- Bolt d Oro Today, I believe he\'ll get a pace to run at. Some jockey changes that suggest some jocks don\'t think he can do it, but He\'s a use for me. Different conditions today.
12 - Enticed - another of my favorite trainers. He certainly could but I think he\'s a couple points slower than others and the loss to Vino Rosso has me factoring that one more, but I don\'t like any of them outside of post 12 today.
14 - Mendlesohn - caught a speed bias track in the desert and gets to run on slop today?.......Not with your money!
