Post by: johnnym on April 08, 2018, 06:08:12 AM
Has anyone heard that Bolt grabbed a quarter?

It is in Jay Privman\'s Twitter feed.

He also tweeted Beyers for yesterday:

Santa Anita: 107
Wood:  98
Blue Grass:  95

So, 107 for Justify and 106 for Mend.  That last happened . . . when . . . going into the derby?  Materiality and Frosted came in with -2.

Impressive and despite what his trainer said Bolt was cranked to capacity imho. Super exciting few weeks. Can\'t wait!

Mend was whipped how many times down the lane running against who?
Justify had the fastest 3 year old closing on him,was hit once right hand three times left hand, opened up won by three.

Maybe Im the dummy and Mendy is the freak?

If TG has Vino taking the tour de Aqueduct as it appeared, that 98 beyer becomes quite interesting.

Magic\'s number will look better as well.  5W first turn, 3W second.

Magic started to drift in and out a bit in deep stretch and flopped back to his wrong lead, for what it\'s worth.

Looked like it.  Brown claims he \"jumped a shadow\" near the wire, so maybe that had something to do with switching leads.

Thought it was just me seeing the same thing.

I\'m sure he will get a solid TG number, however I\'ll be looking elsewhere. Think that\'s as good as it gets with GM.

Btw: anyone else see Vino Rosso as a more likely Belmont winner than Derby winner?

Good Luck,
Joe B.
