Christmas came early if one used Thorograph for this one.
Nice job as usual!!!!
Good Luck,
Joe B.
Hmm. Explain? I played the race, hit it, but found it very competitive. Yes the winner was fastest, but between the 2 7 10 and others it wasnt as easy as you make it sound. In fact, the analysis didnt come close. I ended up boxing the 2 8 10, but wasted a lot of money on the 2...and if you played the race you had to use the 7 also. To me, if you had 10 tg players, my guess is other than the winner, you would have a lot of different looking tickets.
I kinda have to agree with JB Jr.
Didn\'t play the race, was too busy watching the sht show that was Denver/Oakland.
The winner clearly fastest. Nice pattern on Lull but a bit slow, Cambodia geared up for the BC now coming back fairly quickly AND the chalk no thanks, the 10 in the tier below the winner numbers wise.
Yes this is EXTREME red boarding, so the RB police can put way the handcuffs. The winner did look very strong at a solid 11.20 mutuel.
Yesterday was my birthday, not one greeting. I\'m very hurt.
I\'m in Vegas until Saturday, if anyone wants to send me a birthday present by way of a winner feel free.
I work in a casino, yet take a vacation to a...........casino.
I am clearly disturbed.
At least I have spent little time gambling, just a little poker late at night, although I did hammer the Bills Sunday. But thats just putting in a bet, not spending time at a table.
Beatles LOVE was really good, lots of very fit people doing amazing acts while I listened to Beatles music for 90 minutes. Thumbs up.
Last night dinner at Capital Grill and saw Raiding the Rock Vault. If you like classic rock thru the 80\'s, you would like it. Very small venue not a bad seat, Great cover of Hotel California among many other songs. I also have the amazing ability to purchase tickets behind some of the most obnoxious people ever to attend events. I\'m truly great at it, we also sat a few rows behind some idiots at the LOVE show.
Tonight the NHL game, and taking the wife to Lionel Richie tomorrow night.
The over/under on any of you giving a sht about any of this is 3. The board is a bit slow, so allow me to bore you just a bit more.
We were originally going to Clearwater for some sun and sand. Something different from our usual Maui. My wife came down with a bad ear problem, so she couldn\'t fly. Fortunately we had travel insurance, so got back our money. So the ear thing is better, now what? We are off until Dec 4. Lets go to Vegas.
So a friend of mine told me she could hook us with some rooms. Great. Is the Rio OK? Yeah sure. So 5 nights comped and the other 2 cost a total of 70 bucks. Ok great.
We get to the room Saturday afternoon, and my wife immediately gives me that look. Its a look that says....are you fking serious?? Kinda old and worn, head board ripped, some of the walls had divots, furniture not the cleanest. Carpet kinda old and musty. And the absolute deal breaker......one television. Her next words were......\"We aren\'t staying here, I don\'t give a shit what it costs. I wouldn\'t let the dogs sleep in here.\" (I love our dogs more than most people, but you get the point)
We never even unpacked.
If you just need a place to crash its ok, but for a week vacation that is supposed to be nice?? Nuh uh.
So I called the Venetian and book a week at the Palazzo. We\'ve stayed there before and its nice. Bottom line was around $2300. She said fine I\'ll pay it just get me the hell out of here. So from 70 bucks to 2300 (A big reason I hammered Buffalo).
We get to a very nice, clean, large suite with a sunken living room.. She is happy, which makes my life happy. That corny happy wife, happy life line......its really true.
Since my healthy eating is out the window for 7 days, I need to go break a sweat and hit the nice fitness center they have here. Helps with the food guilt.
I never said the winner wasnt the fastest, but it did take a perfect rail trip to get up..Lull a bit slow but the 10 a tier below? Both lull and the 10 ran the exact same numbers last 3 races I believe. I used the 10 mainly because of early speed. I did use the 2 a little heavier. All in all a profitable race, but it was far from stealing. The 12 was actually fast also. Maybe I am not as sharp as everyone else, but it was a race where I wasnt expecting to cash other than win bet on 8..I do however agree, LOVE is worth seeing.
A tier below when you look at tops.
It wasn\'t stealing, but if you give me the fastest horse in the race at 9/2 thats hard to pass. Now I spent maybe 2 minutes red boarding it, so I didn\'t get to deep with analysis, but from a quick glance I can see where the OP was coming from.
How about a ticket where you take the 8 on top (no exacta box necessary as per the TG\'s) over the 2, 7, 10?
Wasn\'t that difficult from a numbers perspective.
Good Luck,
Joe B.
Wasn\'t HAWKSMOOR (12/1) the logical key in here off the Thoro-Graph 4\'s?
Was definitely a use, but not a key. The winner was faster. That being said, 12-1 on Hawksmoor was a ridiculous price. Very talented with great gate speed.
Good Luck,
Joe B.
the 10 ran on a dead rail in its previous race but the only way to get the show horse in the tri is the all button, the show was a mott that was sent to baltas and was 3rd race with baltas
