Interesting that many sites or public handicappers not mentioning the horse with the most consistent and overall best TG numbers in the race.
Good Luck,
Joe B.
I assume you\'re talking about MM? I\'ll give you the consistency angle but not sure how you land on the best? Certainly a contender but there are several in that same range.
Who?
Not at a 1 1/2.
Good Luck,
Joe B
MM = Money Multiplier. The one who has run a 2 in his last 5 races, 4 of which have been at 12 furlongs. Is there a horse I\'m not seeing that is more consistent? Why don\'t you just say who your talking about instead of being so cryptic?
Not sure if Beach Patrol was the mystery horse discussed above, but congratulations Mr Covello on back to back Gr 1s.
I\'m afraid we may never know. Congrats to JC!
On a tangential note, the ride Irad gave the runner-up was very odd. He seemed to have him under a choke hold for the majority of the race. Not sure what the thought process was there.
Thanks a lot fellas
This is the horse of a lifetime for me.
I\'ve been lucky to own a few good ones but nothing like this
Truly remarkable.
I watched on my phone from my Church parking lot
Had to leave mass after communion to get to my phone in time to watch the race
Just an unreal feeling
Thanks so much again

Congrats!! You weren\'t alone.
Joe Hirsch\'s relatives (like myself) also had to miss it this year for Yom Kippur.
Good story. I wondered where you guys were In The Winners Circle. Nobody was there. I said they were stealing a price....haha. All of this cpiuld not happen to nicer classy more deserving guy than James Covello #sincerely
Thank you very much Silver. Means a lot

SoCal: If you went by NYRA\'s calendar (the one they give away on January 1 each
year), you might not have missed the race: NYRA erroneously had Yom Kippur
beginning at sundown on Saturday night.
But its easy to be confused; I\'m still writing \"5776\" on all my checks.
That is very funny, Richie.
Now I finally understand why first post was 12:30 on Saturday.
NYRA wanted to make sure races were finished before sundown ON THE WRONG DAY!!!
Bee,
Do you talk on your land line while writing checks?
LOL, you must have missed DAT MEMO!!!
OLDE SCHOOL.....

Years ago I cornered the market on \"forever\" stamps.
I will be \"going postal\" until at least the year 5790!
Will you be revisiting Cleveland aka \"The Mistake by The Lake\" for some Yankee
beisbol? Or maybe trying to get Art Schlicter sprung for this Sunday\'s
Jets/Browns game?

I wish we had a \"like\" function on here! I would have loaded up the ballot box full of likes. Maybe they meant break the fast on the calendar? Anyway, I do not think horseracing has any (much) Koufax in it.
Also, joke all you want about writing 5776 on your checks, but remember I spent 12 years living in a place where they celebrate the Great October Revolution in November. I know you are familiar enough with that culture yourself.
