Title: Question about Tower of Texas in Woodbine Mile
Post by: skitimber on September 16, 2017, 08:00:02 AM
Just want to be sure that the Thoro-Pattern and related percentages are based on last 3 numbers but do NOT(?) take into account the \"tu\" shown in his last race?

If you\'d like to add value here (probably too little time, I understand) what would a 1 or 2 instead of the given value in last race do to Thoro-Pattern numbers/percentages.

Thanks in advance for any info.

We do NOT ever adjust for \"TU\" or \"OP\"s for that matter or any incidents in a race. But we do note them for exposition to let the handicapper know that something happened to the particular horse in question which may have affected its performance. We let the handicapper determine for him-, herself just how effectual the incident was and adjust the figure accordingly.
