Title: 5th at Del Mar - Little Juanito
Post by: johneb91 on August 13, 2017, 03:51:47 PM
Do those of you who subscribe to the bounce theory, normally expect a horse like this to further regress or bounce back to his big 3 yo debut (4ish)...or would you expect him to pair up his 7?

Not to your question - but I don\'t see Little Juanito experienced at passing horses and at least three of the other contender are likely faster for the first half mile?

John - My mistake! Little Juanita won the battle for one half of a mile and lost the war.

In hindsight apparently he needs more recovery time. The crowd sure loved him. Cats Blame stumble at the start and the longshot 1st time starters ran well.

Good looking winner.

That would have been an interesting horse to discuss in a seminar, but that\'s easy to say now.
