Title: Kudos to NYRA Bets

Just wanted to pass along a tip of the hat to the customer service folks at NYRA Bets who are literally going out of their way to accommodate a request I made for a promotional offer.  In stark contrast to much of the rest of NYRA, they seem to \"get it\" when it comes to customer service.  In this instance, they are extending themselves to provide me with a specific benefit that paying customers can only receive with considerable aggravation and add-on expense.  This would be a textbook example used in Building Customer Loyalty 101.  I\'m afraid that much of the rest of NYRA needs a remedial version of that course.

They\'ve been extremely helpful to TGPS players like yourself, and they\'re doing a lot with the amenities, taking care of horseplayers the way the industry should. They also have now put in the first phase of the accounting software, which makes things a whole lot easier to manage.
