Title: ROTW - Well Done TGAB
Post by: Silver Charm on July 22, 2017, 04:38:25 AM
Could it be 2 weeks in row and \"give him butter because he is on a roll?

Count me in as one of those jumping ship off Harmonize. Been betting and losing on her consistently now for a couple of years. Cashed at DelMar though.  With a probably slow pace and bunched field weights can make a difference. The 2 lightweights have a shot if holes open etc. Shug won this a few years ago with a sweeper bomb running into no pace. The wins have come at cheaper but today could be up to the test. Top Jock Ortiz will help. The Motion runner produced an excellent Fig in Grade Two company at Keeneland last Spring. Lightly raced and still unknown. Lady Eli has been no worse tham 2nd in her last 10 tries. Shipped, run against the Worlds Best and realistically could have won all 10 as she had the lead in mid stretch. Maybe thats the small flaw. Being her target is 0-10.

Horses tend to run better performance numbers at their preferred distance(s). Harmonize is not a miler.

Good Luck,
Joe B.

I kind of like her in this spot.  In a race where I could make a case for all entered, I\'ll take the rail & price and take a shot.

Harmonize had a good pattern  up until this year. Guess you could forgive the 9 but should have run better last out. Now it seems like Mott has given her a little extra rest apart from the norm or maybe he was spotting her for this race. From my experience and based on the last few races sometimes that\'s not a great sign and an indication of something amiss. If this horse doesn\'t have any problems she has to run a new top today. At the odds you have to take a shot.

Going to go with Quidura,
Getting in light and a pair may be good enough.

Hungry jockey angle w/Quidura.

Junior needs the cash and so do I.

Agree with Quidura and I\'m using My Impression also. Anything close to the ML for Quidura is great value IMO.

Make that 4 for Quidura. Ran much further than Lady Eli did at Keeneland. Getting weight. Great price. Good luck guys.

I can\'t f#king stand these TVG pricks.

Spewing all over Lady Eli....\"she won on grit and class\", \"that\'s a racehorse right there\", \"she\'s all class\".

That was a dirty effing beat on a filly that ran her ass off. Not a freaking word about that.

Yeah, I\'m a little salty about that beat.

Me neither. Played 3 others not her.

I know not a single mention of the effort the 4 gave?  That was a tough lose for a horse that left it all out.  Super game in the stretch.  I played a ticket piggy backing off of you guys myself, certainly a tough one.  And Harmonize?  Not at all what I was expecting.

And the 3 horse gets nailed at 14-1 at Lone Star, had a 5 length lead mid stretch.

Why do I play this game??

Agree on TVG guys but it was only a tough beat in the sense that JJ would have stormed past with the 2 if he had clear sailing. From my vantage point wasn\'t any type of terrible beat for the 4. Lucky to be 2nd in the race.

Minority opinion?

Objectivity is wholly inappropriate at this time, even if you are right.

All posts were for the #4. Any dissent should wait until tomorrow after the bleeding stops!

Lucky to be 2nd?

We must have been watching a different race.

Quidura ran her eyeballs out. I thought Junior could have slowed it down a bit once it was evident that Paco on Dickinson was going to be content to sit off.

I was alive in the double with the Sanford winner. Closed the bar at Fornos.

Tough game no matter where you are.

Good Luck,
Joe B
