Richard Migliore resigning from NYRA July 8.
On the plus side, his retirement brought Maggie out of her Twitter hiatus. Much to the relief of all, I\'m sure!
Apparently over the NBC slight.
Good Luck,
Joe B
I think he is a good guy and very knowledgeable.
Bottom line for me, one less talking head and less noise.
Maggie for a few minutes is all we need.
Anyone out there sit outside Belmont Day??
NYRA\'s rented speakers non stop Andy, Maggie and Mig between races at Uber volume. An assault on senses. People were cringing and shouting \"SHUT THE F***
UP\"!!!!

You meant the same \"give me two dollars to show\" people who won\'t be back for another year? What makes me cringe is listening to their drunken bs.
Good Luck,
Joe B.
The TV prattle in Hong Kong is virtually non stop until the gates open.
At least at NYRA there\'s some dead air .
I liberally use the mute button if it annoys me.

They need to change those old speakers. No clue what is being said, everything sounds garbled. Nothing more frustrating than someone telling me Maggie gave out a longshot but I could not hear what she was saying. Another reason why I normally stay home. Agreed though, those speakers were cranked up all day long to headache levels.
