Looks like Maggie\'s twitter account has been deleted. Don\'t know the reason, just the rumors but it\'s a loss to anyone who followed her.
tweeting to many winners I guess...she\'s great and a solid asset to the NY fan.
probably some rat bastard lawyer is to blame
The suspicion, I think, in this case is that it\'s a rat-bastard television man to blame.
We rat-bastard lawyers are only willing to take our fair share of the abuse, that\'s a big enough share as it is. ;-)

You\'re a lawyer Peck? Any way I can block you on this?😜
Just kidding.....we all have to find a way to eat. And play the ponies. Not necessarily in that order.
Good Luck,

For the record, I am a rat bastard lawyer, but I had nothing to do with Maggie Wolfendale.
Paddockgate?
Over half a dozen inquiries from twitter followers to @morley_racing regarding the status of her account have gone unanswered...
#sayitaintso
It\'s outrageous that the unvarnished truth has yet to emerge re this cause celebre. Maggie\'s sustained, priceless contributions are highly-valued by people in the know who have the betterment of the game uppermost in their minds. Enlightenment welcome. #thetruthwillout
She was still commenting from the paddock on the track feed for Race 1 today.
.........
Ya stole my heart, I couldn\'t leave you if I tried...
all you did was wreck my bed and in the morning kick me in the head
Philywheel
Mystery solved.
\"Need a short break from the Twitter-verse. Too much negativity out there\".
Maggie should have seen this board the first couple of years, when the Raggies were like locusts. That was negativity.
didn\'t see her pulling an Ivanka...but the Jack Russell will help her through it. They always do...
Belmont paddock patrons were denied the walk around prior to the race. The horses were sent directly to the track. Many complained and blamed NYRA. Maggie supported NYRA claiming it was NBC\'s fault. That was her last tweet.

That, too, will pass.
Look forward to a return to Maggie normalcy -- and the ever-informative close-to-post late tweets. MW remains on the lead in the NYRA Popularity Derby -- by a margin akin to Secretariat\'s.

Well, if she ever needs positive reinforcement, she should just search herself on this board.....we love you Maggie!!

Ah, that explains it.
I see all her @Mentions and she got included in a twitterstorm right after Belmont day that wouldn\'t let up. Guys railing on everything from #paddockgate to the $40 parking fee to the $30 admission fee.
One guy @mentioned her 10 times in rapid succession on Sunday evening, then another 10 times early Monday morning.
Must\'ve drove her up a wall.
The block feature is fairly effective. Andy Serling uses it liberally.
Agree with Maggie leaving the Twitter verse because of the negativity..but, if you were a horse player but attending the Belmont you were massively disappointed not just for the previously mentioned issue but the one that hasn\'t been mentioned is NO Wi-Fi or even non Wi-Fi internet access via cell after the 6th. race... apparently clueless Kay and his minions decided not to expand their cell/Wi-Fi bandwidth like EVERY OTHER MAJOR RACING VENUES on high days...

On big days!

It there\'s an operative in racing with thinner skin than Andy\'s, he/she has yet to make him/herself known.
