You guys have been reading my writing for a while now, so you can probably figure out the author of the Post sarticle took some liberties with the hyperbole (\"jaw dropping\"). Other than that it was okay.

I actually liked that last line and thought it summed it up pretty well...

Jaw dropping is the female in the Victoria Secrets banner ad they have up right now.

The more main stream publicity the better, even though there are those who would debate that The Post is main stream.

Nice stuff JB.

TGJB,

>the author of the Post article took some liberties with the hyperbole>

About 20 years ago 2 friends and I were compiling and selling trainer statistics in NY. We were interviewed by a certain well known horseracing columnist in NY and the topic of Wayne Lukas came up.  Wayne was having a terrible winter meet (no shock) and we told the writer that Wayne\'s horses were being very overbet based on his reputation. When the article appeared the next day we were quoted as calling Wayne Lukas
\"a cancer\".  They do take a little liberty don\'t they. :-)

Jerry - I really like the article , you look pretty good there in my opinion . Thorograph is the best of all those other speed figure guy\'s . How about those Post people - I had a jaw dropping experience recently when visiting the dentist - wow ! I\'m very serious about being encouraged by  in the Post article and the Belmont Stakes wagering stratigies discussed . Untill reading the article , I was going to pass the race all together (w/the undercard looking vg+) and was I considering whether taking Smarty Jones out of a 3 horse box is jusified or warrented . Initially I was inclined to think yes it was but I really didn\'t know w/ my limited experince on sheet reading and handicapping these type\'s races on this level  . However now I feel good about the race and I\'m going to the parlor early to play it ! Before My feeling was that the card saturday shapes up nicely as good betting races - except for the Belmont Stakes , but now I\'m thinking the race is a ok .
