Fairly new here so please excuse if this is a dumb question. If a horse runs a new top(s) from the top stated in the T-P line, do the %s apply to the best new top? For example, this is the T-P line from Battle of Midway AQI R4 yesterday 2/4:

I\'m assuming the %s apply to the 2 figure or am I wrong? Also, how much weight do most of you give these %s in your handicapping?
