Today, after race 2 was official, Fairgrounds decided to wash race 4 off the grass. Yet somehow did not consider race 4 an all race for the purposes of the pk4 payout, even though the decision to wash it off the grounds was made after the sequence. Total robbery.
After calling FG multiple times and getting
clueless moron after clueless moron on the phone, I finally got some higher up. The man was just as clueless, telling me I get the post time favorite (who didnt win Race 4). I politely explained that the horses I used still ran in the race, and werent scratched. The man on the other said, you still get the post time favorite instead. I simply just hung up. What a waste of time. There was no point explaining the situation to a person so clueless. Never again will I bet a race there.
