Title: Wed picks

DMR 3rd - #5 Pragmatical probably needed a blowout last out.  Looks like a good price here.

Without figs, I\'ll make a pure body language play on the 10th at Saratoga.  #7 Late Night Kiss looks loaded to me.

LOL, maybe she was \"loaded\".

Should have listened to Migs on the 5.

DMR 4th Reads

Plane Lucky - Ugly long term. Deserves to bounce off that last race with only 24 days rest.
Easter Fever - Really lets it fly on the front, has two nice works since the vet scratch. Pair up very possible.
Olympic Lady - Too slow but really let it fly in the last and struggled home.  Probably a ~12 at 5f.
Watch Me Now - Nice looking forward moving horse but has done a lot of work in 4 months. Pair for the win is in the realm of possibility.
Chao Chom - Fastest horses and deserves respect. Choppy workout pattern would concern me. Could be classic 0-2-X. No thanks at 6/5.
Sweetest Secret - Too slow
Queenofhercastle - No thanks.
Heat Me - Fast enough but super ripe for a bounce and could get caught wide.

I like the 2 and 4. Will center some exotics around them. All of the favorites look vulnerable to regression.

Woodbine 1st

#7 Conquer The Course - Very competitive synth number, I think she\'ll be fine on grass. 7f should be right in her wheelhouse.

Woodbine 2nd

I adjust Eminent Force\'s last up, closer to a 7.  If true, he\'s shaken his 5-year old form and could be rounding towards those 4 year old numbers. That makes an inside trip and very competitive figure here at a great price for a 7-horse field.  DePaulo runs huge in stakes (21% top/29% pair).  Wish I had a more accomplished jock, but ah well.

Dynamic Sky and Aldous Snow are accomplished favorites, but I\'ll try the longshot.

LOL GTFO here!  I hate this game.

Deep breath after getting a 22-1 nabbed in the final jump by a 4yo that must have just made a 3 pt jump to win.  If either of the favorites get me, I crunch it.

Del Mar 6th

#1 Holy Lute has the fig to win. I trust him and James Cassidy more than Gary Mandella and 7-year old #5 No Silent 2nd off the layoff here.  No one else seems equipped for 5f except for 5yo Jimmy Bouncer, who will have to run a 3 pt top off the layoff.  Not impossible with O\'Neill but I\'ll bet against it.

Okay, a very thin bet here in a 3-horse race.

The favorite, #5 Melmich, is extremely tough but I do not like the 2nd choice.  3-1 odds on the 5-1 cold exacta seems like an overlay to me and I\'m going to play it.  Kingsport\'s last may have taken something out of him.

Woodbine 4th

Like the looks of #9 Conquest Twister.  Held it together fairly well as a two year old, and just sprung a nice 2 pt move forward off the layoff and gets 6 solid weeks into this one.  Another move forward is very possible and wins at a decent price.  Lots of speed here and pace scenario could set up perfect for her as well.

WO 5th
10 has fastest sheet number and returns to synth.  At 8-1 you have to play.

12 to 1 even better. Well done.

Wha ???

Conquest Twister ran 6th in the 4th @ WO

#10 Nerve Line ran 9th in the 5th @ WO

Seems #3 Green Freedom who was 2nd fastest @ 14/1 and ran 2nd beaten by the (12/1) jump up horse was an obvious good thing.

What am I missing or misunderstanding Joe?

Tavasco,

I was responding to the 2nd race pick at Woodbine, Eminent Force, 22 to 1, ran 2nd by a head, beaten by a 9 to 1 shot for a $260 exacta.  Thought that was a nice stab.
