Title: Spaaaa Time
Post by: FrankD. on July 18, 2016, 12:46:32 PM
I made a jail break from posters anonymous rehab today to go pick up my seasons pass and I ain\'t go back!!!

We have a new jumbo screen TV in our piece of backyard real estate and they have added a few free standing electrical outlets (with covers) in the backyard area to charge phones and I pads.

For those who have been abroad or on Mars if you\'re looking for the TG crew we will be in the vicinity of our former home the Carolina BBQ deck. The deck is now MR Softee ice cream we will be to the rear and to the right of it as you face it.
The new jumbotron is tilted away from the ice cream stand so according to my calculations we will need to move base camp 12 feet to the left of last years spot. This excited Richiebee to no end thinking he would be 12 feet closer to the mens room, Sorry Bee it\'s 12 feet further.

Jimbo will be continuing his cordial comeback to the TG board with a live appearance Friday and Saturday. I hope this doesn\'t scare off TGAB from doing the seminars. Shanahan will be live and in person for the opener and a Michael D. appearance would not surprise me. Rezlegal, Sean, Rocky, et all of the weekend regulars will be invading on Saturday. Please any board lurkers, posters, regulars or irregulars stop by and say hello or send a private message if you need further directions to find us. Uncle Bill will have the blue and red NY Giants lawn chairs and I\'m combing the bushes looking for Jets green and white to counter the voodoo.

It\'s going to be 90 ish and very humid Friday-Sunday and rain is forbidden.

I sincerely hope during this 40 day racing festival of stakes, stakes, stakes and with DelMar staring off with nice full fields and Beholder, Cali Chrome, Dortmond making appearances there that THE BOARD  can get back to the business of talking figures, handicapping and stop the  BULL---T !!!! It\'s painfully obvious by the lack of activity that I\'ve not been the only long time contributor that has said why bother?

Good luck to all,

Frank D.

PS  No pokeymon go is allowed in the backyard unless Uncle Bill starts tweeting Charizard sightings :)

I find the notion of sitting in proximity to something called \"Mr. Softee\" very discomforting.

Frank, looking forward to seeing you the third weekend, following the TG Open, where there will be heated competition for second place.

live indeed! my friend.  Can\'t wait to break a very ugly 3 months of very poor luck/handicapping, but a great 3 months of biz!

Staying for the first time at the new Embassy Suites - anyone else?  Cards on the bat could also use a rebound...looking forward to seeing all.

Shanny,

I couldn\'t find any Jets chairs, except on line yet but I got a couple new Yankee one\'s just for you:) Uncle Bill\'s backyard now has seating for 9 with a mix of NY Giants, Yankees and Margaritaville chairs.

We had a freebie room at the NEW Saratoga Hotel & Casino (Harness Track) last Friday. The hotel is simply gorgeous, very very well done, $490 per night weekends during track season with a Morton\'s Steakhouse on premisses. You had better have a winning day for Morton\'s, excellent meal but way overpriced.

Pretty good chance of T-storm Friday late afternoon/evening, hopefully after the races. The first condition book has a lot of green in it, long range forecasts
(for those who pay attention to such) call for an overall run of pretty good weather.

See you all at the Spaaaaaaa,

Frank D.

Our new Northwestern chairs will be making an appearance, likely as early as Week 3 (Whitney me!)
