Title: Conquest Typhoon
Post by: jbelfior on June 16, 2016, 09:44:52 AM
Another out of the bog on the rail at Pimlico on Preakness Day. Brings back painful memories watching Lezcano get suckered into the huge opening into turf hell.

The \"Wise Dan\" is right before the Foster so if you can beat The Pizza Man and Effinex you\'re eliminating a ton of doubles tix.

Good Luck,
Joe B.

This isn\'t the dead rail horse I\'d be looking at in this race.

Pizza Man looks tough with no spread in the weights but ZA is the other one I\'d give a shot especially at these odds.

I think the Pizza Man is the most likely of the chalks in that series to lose.  This isn\'t the goal the Arlington Million is.  He\'s been off for 4 moths and his last wasn\'t great. He gets the figure for being wide but never gained in the stretch.  Besides there are 4 horses in here within a point or 2. Za has been mentioned but the one I like is Pleuven.  If he was still in the Chad Brown barn people would be all over this one.  Sure a pair up doesn\'t get it done but 3rd off the layoff and looking at Turtle Bowl\'s sire figures from 4-5 he could improve 3 points, so why not tonight at anything close to 8/1.
