I was obviously wrong about Nyquist\'s lack of 3YO foundation coming into the
Derby; where I thought he would be Nyquitting at the CD eighth pole, he had
plenty left in the tank.
I was obviously wrong about Uncle Mo not being able to produce a Derby winner
from his first crop.
On to Baltimore: A question for the Experts, both seasonal and year-round:
On Saturday, Nyquist will be making his fourth start since February 15.
Exaggerator will be making his fifth start since February 15. Given that, which
of the two runners is more likely to feel fatigued in the Pimlico stretch?
Exaggerator say I, even if the weather Gods are conspiring to provide him with
a surface he prefers.
So there you have it. The Desormeaux boys have squeezed the lemon, and
Exaggerator will be out of the exacta. His chances at Preakness glory are no
better than Khartoum\'s (who turned out to be a prolific bleeder, no?) after Tom
Hagen had dinner at Jack Wolz\'s place.
And if I\'m wrong again, I can always blame the figure maker...
Hilarious Godfather reference...
Desormeaux ain\'t no band leader.
Now go home and get your mud caulks!
Now listen here my Cossack friend. Exaggerator is the greatest 3YO mudder I\'ve ever seen, and I\'ve seen \'em all over the world.

Then you missed General Assembly at Saratoga. Never saw anything quite like it as far as 3yo performances go.
Good Luck,

Is that about Bee Bee Bee, or is it about this whole string?
Yes.
