Title: Bruce

Still.

Did Purple Rain, and let a 10 yo girl come on stage and sing Blinded By The Light.

3 1/2 hours, no break.

The only one who might have a better relationship with his fans lives in the Vatican. And it\'s a photo.

I went Saturday night.  Absolutely loved it.  Lights go down, he and the band come on stage, pick up their instruments and start playing Purple Rain.  No fanfare, no nothing - just right to it.  He was elegant in his praise of Prince.  Three and half hours - no break, either.  He had a couple come up and dance for their 28th anniversary.  Really cool stuff.

I drove out to Penn State to take my frosh son to the 4/18 show. I saw him 40 years ago in Red Bank and not since. Not a big fan, but got nice seats and my son wanted to see him. I have a whole new level of respect for every one of them on stage. When TGJB says no break, he means NO break, not a 10 second break. Bruce at 67-68 and all the rest close in age. Bruce probably exerted more on stage than an NBA player\'s 48 minutes. The early fractions were soft, but when the River was over, they came home with hit after hit for an hour or so that was as good as it gets. I don\'t know that I would need to go again, but if you haven\'t and get the chance it\'s pretty amazing.

Just saw him in Detroit. Awesome show. Now have seen Springsteen in early 80s, 90s, 00s and 10s. He never disappoints. Talking Bruce and the Derby. Man, I love this site!
