The Classic Thorograph Trip

Corey Lanerie\'s trips on Mo Tom have attracted a lot of recent criticism. However his ride today Sat. 4/23/2016 aboard Shadow Rock in the 7th @ KEE was picture perfect.

As the second choice Corie saved all the ground on the turn moved out right on time, never losing momentum, running down the leaders and won by a length and a half. OK it was turf... and a sprint. Chas. Dickey trainer.

Over @ LrL I\'m beginning to think Lauralea Glaser has a future. Plus she can make 108 lbs as well as a positive ROI.

Check out the 9th at Laurel and see the ride Mr. Betancourt gave the 9, the look on his face when he glanced over and noticed another horse coming is priceless. Well not exactly priceless since it cost me plenty. and I had to laugh about it though.

In a race that looked more like bumper cars than a thoroughbred race

Betancourt Didn\'t save any ground (appeared he could have) didn\'t knock any horses down either at the start nor in the stretch (appeared he could have).

Yet with all the chaos still fell asleep before the finish line. Yes his surprise was worth a second look thanks Michael.

Imaginative pick on your part - bummer but no disqualification!
